It's 'Way Back Wednesday' and today we go back to August 2015 with an anniversary card for my wife.
Well apart from Chris Hemsworth she also has a thing for Tom Hiddleston, or more accurately, Loki. I guess the ladies love a bad boy. As much as she loves Thor, she loves Loki that little bit more. So, as I couldn't give her Tom as a gift, this would have to do
Also, as Infinity War was out last week, it seemed an appropriate subject for this week's entry into the archives.
NOTE: For all those of you who have seen Infinity War - NO SPOILERS on here please. Keep that you your own pages okay! I had to remove spoilers from the Baby Groot picture on Monday. All comments that have any spoiler related material in them will be hidden until 13/05 and then I'll unhide them because by then everyone who really wanted to see Infinity War will probably have done so
Done with polychromos pencils and built up in layers, utilising my pressure application and layering techniques, the picture consists of 10 colours.
Loki's eyes and skin were done with white, Payne's grey, black, warm grey 1, warm grey 3 and warm grey 5.
His hair was done with Payne's grey, black, warm grey 3 and warm grey 4.
His clothes were done with white, Payne's grey, black, warm grey 1, warm grey 3, warm grey 4, warm grey 5 and warm grey 6.
The dagger was done with white, cold grey 3 and cold grey 6.
Finally, the multilayered background was done with white, Payne's grey, cold grey 6, warm grey 1, warm grey 3, warm grey 4 and warm grey 6.

Completion time: 92 hours,47 minutes
